Herceg Novi is celebrating its 30th anniversary HAPS Festival this year – one of the most prestigious cultural events on the Montenegrin coast. This festival, which has been gathering lovers of art, culture and tradition for three decades, is an opportunity to enjoy various programs and contents that celebrate the rich cultural heritage of this region and beyond and will last from April 14th to 30th.
HAPS Festival has become a symbol not only of Herceg Novi, but also of Montenegro, bringing together artists, musicians, dancers and creative people from all over the world. With a program that has evolved over the past 30 years and adapted to the latest cultural trends, the festival has maintained its essential mission – to provide a platform for artistic expression and promote cultural exchange.
This year, the organizers made an effort to prepare a program that will be even richer and more diverse, with the aim of satisfying all tastes and generations. The festival brings us eight performances, while the youngest fellow citizens will enjoy two performances as part of the HAPSić program: “The hedgehog’s house” (cabaret for children 6+) and “Pomelo, the little pink Elephant” (puppet show, 3+).
