As summer winds down, Herceg Novi once again transforms into a cinematic haven. The 38th edition of All the colors of Film, is on its way, , bringing over 60 films from across the region and around the world and it will be held from 23rd to 29th of August!
A Rich and Diverse Festival Program
The festival unfolds across several stunning and unique venues:
- Kanli kula – An iconic fortress setting for feature films, handpicked by film critic Vuk Perović. This year’s spotlight is on Montenegrin cinema, as well as films from Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- The Garden of Ivo Andrić’s House – A serene space dedicated to documentaries from around the globe, curated by director Vladimir Perović.
- Mićo Pavlović Square (Old Town) – A new venue showcasing student films, selected by filmmaker Sara Stijović.
- Park Hall – Home to the Cinema Europe program and screenings from the Adriatic Region Festival Network.
- Forte Mare Fortress – Reserved for special tribute screenings, including: The Avalanche Man (a portrait of Dragoljub Đuričić), Vude, You Have Won (a tribute to Dušan Vukotić), Haustor (about the legendary band), Stanić: A Century (a documentary on painter Vojo Stanić).
