However, as the project progressed, a different idea began to take shape. Why not transform the space into a place where people could come, stay, discover Herceg Novi, and create lasting memories? And so the direction changed — from a residential project to Apart Hotel Katunjanin. The hotel opened its doors in 2019, and from the very beginning, the idea was simple yet meaningful: to create a place where guests would not feel like guests simply because they were away from home. Quite the opposite. We wanted them to feel at home.
