The 38th edition of <em><strong>All the colors of Film<\/strong><\/em>,<em> is on its way,<\/em>  <em>, bringing over 60 films from across the region and around the world and it will be held from 23rd to 29th <\/em>of August!<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>A Rich and Diverse Festival Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The festival unfolds across several stunning and unique venues:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kanli kula<\/strong> \u2013 An iconic fortress setting for feature films, handpicked by film critic Vuk Perovi\u0107.
